NOTE

All solenoids are removed and installed the

same.

Remove four screws (3), solenoid (4), and

preformed packing (5).

Loosen screw (6), remove plug (7), and

seal (8).

NOTE

Spool may be up in shift block. Pull handle to

release spool.

Remove spool (9) from block (10).

Install seal (1), plug (2), and screw (3).

Install spool (4) in block (5).

Install preformed packing (6) and solenoid (7)

with four screws (8).

Aline and install cover (9) with four

screws (10).

c. Follow-on Maintenance.

Check operation of crane controls

(TM 9-2320-279-20).

(2)

Check for leaks.
