Cut reinforcement strip (4) from sheet metal, and mark four reference lines (5), centerline (6), and
letter B on reinforcement strip (4).
5.
Locate, mark, and drill eighteen 0.187-in. diameter holes and one 0.500-in. diameter hole through
reinforcement strip B (4).
6.
Remove all burrs and round all sharp edges of reinforcement strip B (4).
