INSTRUCTIONS:

1.

Fabricate from screw, NSN 5305-00-709-8540.

2. Cut off head of screw.

3. Round off edge of non-threaded end as shown above.

4. Cut a slit approximately 1/16 in. wide and 1/8 in. deep in non-threaded end as shown above.

5. Remove any burrs after cutting.
