3-200. AIR DRYER DEHYDRATE CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT (Continued).

A. REMOVAL.
1.
Wire (7), boot
Remove from item (14).
(8), and nut
(13).
2. Hose (6)
Disconnect from item (12).
3. Three clips (11)
Loosen three items (10) and
Turn so they don’t touch
turn inward

4.
Ring (9)
While pressing up on item
Insert tip of screw-
(5), pry out using flat head
driver in notch to get
screwdriver
behind item (9).
NOTE
Make location marks between end cover
assembly and the air dryer housing.
This will
help you align
them during
reassemble.

Cover (5) and
Remove from item (3).
O-ring(4).
6.
Cartridge (3) with
Unscrew and remove from item
Discard.
O-ring (2)
(1) using 3/4-inch socket
wrench.
