NOTE

Perform Step 4 only when mission allows shutdown of pumping operations.

Step 4.

If main inlet cap is leaking, shut down pumping operations, shut off water supply, and

check if main inlet cap is tight and free from damage.

a.

If main inlet cap is loose or damaged, tighten loose or replace

damaged main inlet cap (WP 0339).

b.

If main inlet cap is tight and free from damage, notify Supervisor.
