Remove cab instrument panel A (WP 0205). Remove inline fuse from yellow wire inline
fuse holder (WP 0255).
Check for continuity across fuse.

Step 10.
Check for 10 to 14 VDC between red wire at radio battery charger power cord
connector and a known good ground.
