FIELD LEVEL MAINTENANCE

BUMPER TURRET FOAM METERING VALVE AND ORIFICE REPLACEMENT

INITIAL SETUP:

REMOVAL

NOTE

Tag and mark air line and line prior to removal to ensure proper installation.

1.

Remove air line (1) from elbow (2).

2.

Remove line (3) from fitting (4).

3.

Remove coupling (5) from vehicle (WP 0313).

4.

Remove two locknuts (6), U-bolt (7), cradle (8), pipe (9), and valve (10) from bracket (11).

Discard locknuts.
