FIELD LEVEL MAINTENANCE
WHEEL CHOCKS STOWAGE COMPARTMENT REPLACEMENT
INITIAL SETUP:
REMOVAL
NOTE
Both wheel chock stowage compartments are removed the same way.
Front stowage
compartment shown.
1.
Remove four screws (1), lockwashers (2), washers (3), and stowage compartment (4) from vehicle.
Discard
lockwashers.
2.
Remove cotter pin (5) and two washers (6) from rod (7).
Discard cotter pin.
NOTE
Note position of spring prior to removal to ensure proper installation.
3.
Remove rod (7) and spring (8) from stowage compartment (4).
4.
Remove spring (8) from rod (7).
