CONTINUITY TEST

(1)

Remove four screws from lighted indicator

display.

(2)

Remove lighted indicator display from

instrument panel assembly.

(3)

Disconnect connector PX7 from lighted

indicator display.

(4)

Set multimeter to ohms.

(5)

Connect positive (+) probe of multimeter to

lighted indicator display terminal 7.

(6)

Connect negative (-) probe of multimeter to

lighted indicator display terminal 24 and

note reading on multimeter.

(7)

If continuity is present, repair wire 1681

(para 2-40) or replace

WTEC II dashboard

cable assembly (para 7-10) or WTEC III

dashboard cable assembly (para 7-11).
