NOTE
Perform the following during road test.
For road test, vehicle will be driven at least
five miles over different ground to give enough
time to detect any malfunctions.

engine at normal cranking speed.

operating speeds, and under acceleration. Be

fuel or exhaust.

With vehicle speed approximately 5 mph (8 kph)
turn steering wheel to left, then right, to detect

than 1-1/2 in. (38 mm) in either direction. Vehicle
should respond instantly. With vehicle moving on
straight, level terrain, lightly hold steering wheel
to check for pull and wandering.
