REPLACEMENT (CONT)

(25) Position clamp (47) on transmission oil cooler hose (48).

(26) Position clamp (47) on bracket (5) with screw (49) and

self-locking nut (50).

(27) Tighten self-locking nut (50) to 84-132 lb-in. (9-15 N·m).

NOTE

Perform step (28) on vehicles equipped with

transmission oil cooler tubes.

(28) Install preformed packing (51) on 90-degree fitting (52).

NOTE

Perform step (28.1) on vehicles equipped

with transmission oil cooler hose.

(28.1) Install preformed packings (51 and 51.1) on 90-degree

fitting (52).

(29) Position 90-degree fitting (52) on transmission auxiliary

oil cooler (29).

(30) Tighten jam nut (53) on 90-degree fitting (52).

(31) Position transmission oil cooler hose (44) on 90-degree

fitting (52).

(31.1) Tighten transmission oil cooler hose (44) to 94-104 lb-ft

(127-141 N·m).
