d. Assembly.

(1)

Position rectifier (1) on electrical leads (2).

(2)

Solder rectifier (1) to electrical leads (2).

(3)

Install insulation sleeving (3) over electrical leads

(2) and shrink insulation sleeving.

NOTE

(3.1) Apply sealant to threads of plug (4) fittings (6)

And fittings (7)

Install plug (4) in valve manifold assembly (5).

Install fitting (6) in valve manifold assembly (5).

(6)

Install ten fittings (7) in valve manifold assembly (5).

(6.1) Tighten plug (4) fitting (6) and fittings (7) 2-3 turns

with wrench.

WARNING

NOTE

Cathode side of rectifier (side with band) is

positioned toward positive lead (yellow) and

the opposite end positioned toward negative

ground lead (black).

Apply sealant to first two to five threads of

fittings and plugs prior to installation.

Adhesives,

solvents,

and

sealing

compounds can burn easily, can give

off harmful vapors, and are harmful to

skin and clothing.

Keep away from

open fire and sue well-ventilated area.

If

adhesive,

solvent,

or

anti-seize

compound gets on skin or clothing,

wash immediately with soap and water.

Failure to comply may result in injury to

personnel.
