Perform steps (1) through (25) to remove
personnel heater assembly for access.
a. Removal.
WARNING
Wear appropriate eye protection when
working
under
vehicle
due
to
the
possibility of falling debris.
Failure to
comply may result in injury to personnel.
(1) Position drain pan under radiator drain cock (1).
(2) Open radiator drain cock (1) and drain approximately 15-
20 qt (14-19 L) of coolant from radiator (2).
(3) Close radiator drain cock (1).
