Removal.
(1)
Remove two collars (1) and bolts (2) from front
lifting bracket (3).
Discard collars and bolts.
WARNING
CAUTION
Wear appropriate eye protection when
working under vehicle due to the
possibility of falling debris.
Failure to
comply may result in injury to personnel.
When removing bolts, continuous removal of
collars is mandatory.
Failure to comply may
result in seizing of collar to bolt.
NOTE
Left and right side subframe rails are
removed the same way.
Right side
shown.
Steps (1) through (4) require the aid of
an assistant.
