(29) Remove two cams (43) from lever (39).

(30) Remove six screws (44), seal washers (45), and

commutator end housing (46) from field ring (22).

Discard seal washers.

(31) Remove preformed packing (47) from field ring (22).

Discard preformed packing.

(32) Remove fiber thrust washer (48) and steel thrust washer

(49) from armature (28). Discard fiber thrust washer.
