Adhesive Sealant MIL-S-46163 can damage

your eyes. Wear safety goggles when using;

avoid contact with eyes. If sealant contacts

eyes,

flush

eyes

with

water

and

get

immediate medical attention.

Failure to

comply may result in injury to personnel.

(3) Apply sealing compound to threads of six mounting bolts

(4).

(4) Position six washers (5), mounting bolts (4), spacers (6),

washers (7), and nuts (8) in crane (3).

(5) Tighten six nuts (8) to 857-929 lb-ft (1162-1260 N m).

(6) Position two tubes (9) on hand pump (10).

(7) Tighten two tubes (9) to 32-35 lb-ft (43-47 N m).

(8) Position six tubes (11) on fittings (12).

(9) Tighten six tubes (11) to 18-20 lb-ft (24-27 N m).
