(5) Install key (6) on shaft and bearing assembly (5).

(6) Pour small amount of lubricating oil into bearing housing

(2).

(7) Install preformed packing (7) in bearing housing (2).

(8) Install seal (8) in wear plate (9).

(9) Install wear plate (9) on bearing housing (2) with match

marks aligned.

(10) Clamp mounting flange of bearing housing (2) in soft-

jawed vise.

(11) Install preformed packing (10) on wear plate (9).

(12) Install drive (11) in bearing housing (2).

(13) Install seven rollers (12) and star (13) in geroler (14).

(14) Install geroler (14) on wear plate (9) with match marks

aligned.
