Press in handle (8) on strap clamp (9). Pull strap (10) to loosen straps on emergency
tow lights (11).
9.
Remove emergency tow lights (11) from disabled vehicle.
10.
Remove two nuts (12), washers (13), screws (14), and brackets (15) from emergency
tow lights (11).
