Visually inspect air reservoir
(3) for damage or leaks.
WARNIN G
Failure to wear protective goggles
when opening air reservoir
draincock could cause serious
eye injury.
Open draincock (4) to drain
accumulated moisture.
Close draincock (4) before
operation.
AIR PRESSURE
Inspect for leaks in the airbrake
system by stopping the engine in
towing vehicle when air pressure is
fully charged, and note any change on
the air pressure gage within one minute.
W - WEEKLY
EQUIPMENT IS NOT
READY/AVAILABLE IF:
Air reservoir leaking
or damaged.
Airbrake system leaking,
pressure is low.
