Tighten bolts that mount

Check for burned out or
defective lamps/LEDs.

If lamps/LEDs are burned
out or defective, notify
Organizational
maintenance. If
lamps/LEDs are not
burned out or defective,
proceed to step 2.

Check for broken lead
wires or loose
connections.

If connections are loose,
tighten connections. If lead
wires are broken, notify
Organizational
maintenance.

Check lens and light
assembly for damage.

If lens and light assembly is
not damaged, proceed to
step 4.

Check for dirty or corroded
connections

Clean connections if dirty
or corroded. If above steps
do not correct malfunction,
