INSTALLATION

NOTE

Apply antiseize compound to threads.

1.

Install three glow plugs (5) to intake manifold (6). Tighten glow plugs to 50 lb-ft (67.8 N•m).

2.

Install three cables (4), washers (3), new lockwashers (2), and nuts (1) to glow plugs (5).

FOLLOW-ON TASKS

1.

Install intake manifold (WP 0106 00).

2.

Install exhaust manifold (WP 0105 00).

3.

Reconnect negative battery terminal (WP 0007 00).

4.

Disconnect semitrailer grounding cables (WP 0007 00).
