VOLUMETRIC METER AND PIPING REPLACEMENT—Continued

INSTALLATION

WARNING

Volumetric meter assembly is very heavy. Get help to

lift meter assembly on to semitrailer.

1.

Install meter assembly (1), three new lockwashers (16), and bolts (15) to semitrailer.

2.

Install new gasket (2), flange (3), four new lockwashers (4), and nuts (5) to meter assembly (1).

3.

Install new gasket (6), flange (7), four new lockwashers (9), and nuts (8) to meter assembly (1).

4.

Install new seal (11), split coupling (10), two bolts (13), and nuts (12) to pipe (14).

FOLLOW-ON TASKS

1.

Install P or R valve (WP 0129 00).

2.

Reconnect negative battery terminal (WP 0007 00).

3.

Disconnect semitrailer grounding cables (WP 0007 00).
