Semitrailer disconnected from prime mover (refer

Semitrailer grounded (refer to WP 0007 00)

Semitrailer fuel tank drained (refer to WP 0007 00)

Negative terminal disconnected from battery (refer

to WP 0007 00)

Filter seperator drained (refer to

WP 0125 00)

REMOVAL

NOTE

• There are two ball valves and they are both replaced the same way. This

procedure covers the J valve.

• Place a suitable container underneath manifold or filter separator prior

to removal.

• Close valves H, G, and A if removing valve J. Close valve M if removing

valve N.

Move handle (3) 90° counterclockwise and remove elbow (5), J valve (1), and fitting (2) from manifold (4).
