GENERAL

This work package contains information and instructions to replace the Load Handling System Trailer

(LHST) air brake arms.

WARNING

•

Wear appropriate eye protection when working under trailer due to the

possibility of falling debris.

Failure to comply may result in injury to

personnel.

•

Spring brakes must be caged prior to removal of air chamber. Failure to

comply may result in serious injury or death to personnel.

CAUTION

Avoid pinching air hoses when positioning trestles. Failure to comply may result in damage to

equipment.

NOTE

LH and RH air brake chambers are installed the same way. LH air brake chamber is shown.
