With the aid of an assistant, rotate cart pivot bracket (Figure 11, Item 4) up until two

holes are aligned with bottom holes in cart bracket (Figure 11, Item 3) and install two

hitch pins (Figure 11, Item 1) in cart pivot bracket (Figure 11, Item 4) and cart bracket

(Figure 11, Item 3).
