MAINTENANCE OF ENGINE INTAKE AIR DUCTS (CONT).

REMOVAL

I

1 Remove two hose clamps (1) and air duct

4 Remove Iockwire (7), six hexagon head

INSPECTION/REPAIR

1 Inspect for broken, damaged, or missing parts.

2 Repair is by replacement of authorized parts (TM 9-2350-238-24P-1).

INSTALLATION

1 Install new duct elbow gasket (11) and air

outlet duct (10).

2 Install six flat washers (9), six hexagon

head capscrews (8), and new Iockwire (7).

3 Install new duct gasket (6) and air intake

duct (5).

Install six new

hexagon head

Iockwashers (4) and six

capscrews (3).

Install air duct hose (2) and two hose

clamps (1).
