Remove quick-release pin (14) from shield (15).
NOTE
Perform step 7 only if quick-release pin chain (16) is damaged and must be replaced.
7.
Remove quick-release pin chain (16) from shield (15) by removing rivet (17).
8.
Remove screw (18), two nuts (19 and 20), and stop (21) from shield (15).
9.
Remove shield (15) from bracket (22) by removing two nuts (23), two lockwashers (24), and two screws (25).
