Is hydraulic cylinder free of bends and dents that could restrict
its movement?

Replace hydraulic cylinder
(WP 0593 00).

Verify no faults found.

Inspect hydraulic lines and quick disconnect couplings between
fluid tank and hydraulic cylinder.
2.
Are any lines damaged? Are all quick disconnect couplings
fully connected?

Replace control valve (WP 0589 00).
2.
Verify no faults found.

Repair lines as necessary (see Chapter 28).
