REPLACE COOLANT HEATER FUEL PUMP TO BULKHEAD CONNECTION HOSE
(M113A2, M1059, AND M901A1 ONLY) — Continued

INSTALLATION
1.
Install adapter (6) on fuel pump (7).
NOTE
Replacing a flareless fuel hose or tube assembly may also require new mating fittings such as
a tee, elbow, or adapter.
2.
Route hose (4) through hull openings.
3.
Install seven clamps (3) on hose (4).
4.
Connect hose (4) to adapter (6) on fuel pump (7) and elbow (5).
5.
Align clamps (3) with hull weldnuts. Secure with seven screws (1) and washers (2).
FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS
1.
Open heater fuel shutoff valve (see your -10).
2.
Start coolant heater (see your -10). Check for fuel leaks. Turn heater off.
3.
Bleed fuel lines (WP 0599 00).
4.
Install floor plates (WP 0436 00, WP 0438 00, or WP 0441 00).
5.
Install personnel heater duct (WP 0617 00).
6.
Raise and lock ramp (see your -10).
7.
Stop engine (see your -10).
