Check title to make sure you are troubleshooting the correct system or component for the problem. Next, read the INITIAL
SETUP carefully. Make sure you have all the items listed in INITIAL SETUP. Some access steps in Equipment Conditions
may not need to be performed depending on fault location. It’s up to you to decide which are necessary for your particular
problem.
Now you’re ready to begin troubleshooting. Look at the first block. Read Step 1. If the answer to the question “Is there
output from EXTERNAL BINDING POSTS sockets?” is YES, follow the YES arrow to the next box. Read Step 1 in that
box. If the answer to the question "Is there output from TENT INTERFACE PANEL sockets?” is YES, follow the YES arrow
to the next box. Follow the same procedure for each box. If you reach the second to last box on the page and the answer to
the question “Is there output from RF jacks J119, J120, J121, and/or J122?” is NO, follow the NO arrow to reference GY.
