Ramp

WARNING
Lowering ramp could injure personnel.
Make sure no one is in ramp zone
before you lower ramp. Unlocked ramp
can fall open suddenly. Personnel can
be killed or injured. Ramp system and
hull can get damaged if ramp unlocks
when carrier is in operation. Do not
operate carrier if locks do not secure
ramp properly. Keep away from ramps
that have come open during carrier
operation.
NOTE
Ramp may be lowered with engine
started or with engine stopped and
MASTER SWITCH in ON position.
Engine must be started to raise ramp.
If tactical situation permits, sound horn
before lowering or raising ramp.
NOTE
Leave ramp lowered to perform before
checks.
