NOTE

Parking brake handle only supplies

enough force to lock service brake

pedal. It will not supply enough force

to actuate service.

b.

Check brake pedal while setting parking

brake (WP 0020 00). If brake pedal is held

firmly or moves downward slightly, parking

brake adjustment is ok. If any upward

movement of brake pedal is noticed,

parking brake must be adjusted. If parking

brake will not hold or parking brake handle

can be moved very easily, notify unit

maintenance.
