ADJUST VENTILATING FAN DRIVE BELT — Continued

FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS

1.

Turn thermostatic fan speed switch bypass button ON (see your -10).

2.

Start engine (see your -10).

3.

Run in cooling fan belt for 10 minutes with engine at 2000 RPM.

4.

Stop engine (see your -10).

5.

Check belt tension. Adjust as needed.

6.

Turn thermostatic fan speed switch bypass button OFF (see your -10).

7.

Inst all power plant access panels ( WP 0439 00)

.

8.

Install rear power plant access panels (see your -10).
