REPLACE BATTERY LEADS AND TERMINALS (M58 ONLY) — Continued

1.

Remove cable mounting nuts (1) and bolts (2) from each battery terminal adapter (3) on four batteries (4)(5)(6)(7).

2.

Remove two battery positive-to-negative cables (8) and (9) from battery box.

3.

Remove STE/ICE circuit 779 lead (10) from battery box.

4.

Remove vehicle power cable (11), shunt cable (12), smoke obscurant system master power relay lead 6W21 (13), and

STE/ICE circuit 772/778 leads (14) from battery box.

5.

Remove positive communication power cable (15) and negative communication power cable (16) from battery box.

6.

Remove one battery positive-to-positive cable (17) and one battery negative-to-negative cable (18) from battery box.
