REPLACE RIGHT HEADLIGHT WIRING HARNESS — Continued

Thread two bushings (1) into hull. Secure with four nuts (2), new lockwashers (3), washers (4), and two washers (5).

Do not tighten nuts.

Locate service headlight and blackout marker light bushing hole in hull. Slowly slide leads for circuit 17, 18, and 20 (6)

through hole. Do not damage wiring leads.

6.

Locate second bushing hole in hull. Slowly slide leads for circuits 25, 514, and 515 (6) through hole. Do not damage

wiring leads.

7.

Install six new terminals (7), insulators (8), and connectors (9) on six leads.
