REPLACE TRANSMISSION OIL AND OIL FILTER ELEMENT — Continued

NOTE

Transmission must be serviced with operational lubricant in accordance with transmission

tag on filler neck and WP 0155 00.

Fill transmission with oil to bring level between ADD and FULL mark on dipstick (1). See transmission tag on filler

neck and (WP 0155 00).

7.

Install air intake elbow (WP 0173 00).

8.

Turn MASTER SWITCH ON. See TM 9-2350-277-10.

9.

Run engine for 3 to 5 minutes. See TM 9-2350-277-10. Check fluid level (WP 0155 00). Transmission oil level should

be between ADD and FULL on dipstick (1). Check for leaks.

FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS

1.

Stop engine. See TM 9-2350-277-10.

2.

Install power plant bottom access cover (WP 0450 00).

3.

Close power plant access door. See TM 9-2350-277-10.
