REPLACE BATTERY BOX INSULATION AND HEAT EXCHANGER — Continued

INSTALLATION

1.

Apply adhesive to insulation sheets. Wait 10 to 20 seconds until adhesive becomes tacky.

2.

If removed, install two bottom insulation sheets (7), two side insulation sheets (6), two rear insulation sheets (5), two

front insulation sheets (4), and two insulation strips (3) in battery box (8).

3.

If removed, install two insulation sheets (1) on battery box cover (2).

4.

Install four new grommets (9) in battery box (8).

5.

Install four clamps (10) on two heat exchangers (11). Install heat exchanger in battery box (8).

6.

Install four hoses (12) on heat exchanger (11). Secure with four clamps (10).
