REPLACE MSD/ICE ENGINE WIRING HARNESS — Continued

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT

1.

If damaged, repair terminals and connectors (WP 0382 00).

2.

Replace bad leads.

INSTALLATION

1.

Connect harness lead (1) to pulse tachometer (2).

2.

Secure lead (1) to hydraulic hose (3) and new tie strap (4).

3.

Connect lead (5) to fuel return pressure switch (6).

4.

Connect lead (7) to turbo outlet pressure switch (8).

CAUTION

Excess heat can cause fuel return pressure switch to leak. Leaking fuel can catch fire and cause

equipment damage. Make sure electrical lead is secured away from exhaust duct.

5.

Secure lead (5) to lead (9) with new tie strap (10).
