REPLACE OVERHEAT THERMOSTAT — Continued

Use multimeter to check resistance through overheat thermostat.

Multimeter should read 0 ohms. If reading is infinity, replace overheat thermostat.
INSTALLATION
1.
Install new packing (1), washer (2), and overheat thermostat (3) in coolant heater (4). Secure with retainer (5), new lock
washer (6), and nut (7).
2.
Connect two leads (8) to overheat thermostat (3).
