NOTES:
1. Fabricate from 1/4-inch thick steel plate.
2. Weld a 5/8-inch socket 3/8-inch drive (ratchet side up) to center of 6 inch diameter plate.
3. Weld Suretite #96 band to outside rim of 6-inch round plate.
4. All dimensions are in inches.
