INSPECTION (Continued)

17. Visually inspect scavenge compartment cover assembly (33) for cracks or damage.

Replace

pump if cover is damaged.

18. Measure the inside diameter (A) of five impeller bores in scavenge housing assembly (25).

Replace oil pump if not within specifications in the following table.

19. Measure depth (B) of two impeller bores in housing assembly (25).

Replace oil pump if not

within specifications in the following table.

20. Measure depth (C) of three impeller bores in housing assembly (25).

Replace oil pump if not

within specifications in the following table.

21. Measure inside diameter (D) of bushing (52) in housing assembly (25).

Replace oil pump if

not within specifications in the following table.
