INSPECTION

All parts must be inspected with care.

Replace parts if damage or wear exceeds allowable

limits.

1. See Work Package 0028 for General Inspection Procedures.

2. Visually inspect spring retainers (18) and seats (19) for cracks, indentations or other damage.

Replace any damaged parts.

3. Springs (24) are mandatory replacement items.

Replace with new springs (item 242.1, WP

0175) that conform to free length (A) and compressed length (B) in the following table.
