Push handle (9) up and rotate

completely from stowed position to

locked position.

Twistlock will not rotate,

cannot be pushed up to the

locked position from the

stowed position, or is

damaged so it cannot be

properly engaged or

disengaged.

b.

Inspect twistlock (10) for damage

or corrosion.

c.

Rotate and pull down handle (9)

to stowed position.

d.

Visually inspect for corrosion, dirt,

and damage. Clean as required.

e.

Ensure set screw is tight.
