Remove seven locknuts (1), washers (2), screws (4), washers (5), and armor plate (3) from cowl (6)
Discard locknuts (1).

Equipment Condition
Ballistic crew door removed (para. 11-12.2).
b. Installation
Install armor plate (3) on cowl (6) with seven washers (5), screws (4), washers (2), and locknuts (1).
Tighten locknuts (1) to 6 lb-ft (8 N

m).
FOLLOW-ON TASK: Install ballistic crew door (para. 11-12.2).
