REMOVAL
1.
Remove four nuts (8), lockwashers (9), washers (10), and rear cab grab handle with adapter plates (11) from rear cab
armor frame (7). Discard lockwashers.
2.
Remove two nuts (19), lockwashers (20), washers (21), and side cab grab handle (18) from B-pillar armor frame (7).
Discard lockwashers.
3.
Remove two bolts (12), wires (13), washers (14), and lockwashers (15) from work light connector (17). Discard lock-
washers.
WARNING
Eye protection is required when drilling and when using riveter to install rivets. Failure to follow this warn-
ing may cause injury to personnel.
4.
Remove two rivets (16) and work light connector (17) from B-pillar armor frame (7). Discard rivets.
WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during proce-
dure. Ensure that any lifting device used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of
heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death to per-
sonnel.
5.
Install two lifting links on two weld bosses (6).

Attach lifting device to two lifting links on B-pillar armor frame (7).
7.
Using lifting device, hold B-pillar (7) suspended and remove two locknuts (1), washers (2), bolts (5), washers (3), lock-
washers (4), and B-pillar from vehicle. Discard lockwashers and locknuts.
