HYDRAULIC MIXER AUGER

1. AUGER DOES NOT TURN WHEN HYDRAULIC CONTROL VALVE IS OPENED

Step 1. Check the tachometer.

Speed should be 1620-1720 rpm. Use the hand throttle control to adjust the

pump speed.

Step 2. Check to be sure the bypass valve is closed finger tight (It should be turned clockwise all the way.)

a. If valve is already closed, notify Organizational Maintenance

b. If valve is open, close it
