If bridge bay does not roll off, move joystick (Figure 16, Item 36) to UNLOAD and release when bridge bay
starts to roll.

Set transmission range selector (Figure 16, Item 2) to D (drive).
WARNING
After water operations, vehicle brakes will be wet and will not stop as quickly as usual. Care
must be taken and extra distance allowed for slowing or stopping vehicle. Failure to comply
may result in serious injury or death to personnel and damage to equipment.
33.
Drive vehicle forward until clear of launch area.
34.
Pull out PARKING BRAKE control (Figure 16, Item 1).
35.
Move joystick (Figure 16, Item 36) to LOAD and release when NO TRANSIT indicator (Figure 16, Item 37)
goes out.
