Position hand pump selector lever in down position (Figure 3).

Operate hand pump handle and observe if transload roller extension cylinders extend out
(Figure 3).

If transload roller extension cylinders do not extend out, notify Field maintenance.

If transload roller extension cylinders do extend out and problem is not resolved, notify Field
maintenance.
