20. Remove locknut (64) and washer (65) from stud (66).

Discard locknut.

NOTE

Shield removed to access lower water pump mounting screws.

21. Remove two screws (67), lockwashers (68), washers (69), and shield (70) from vehicle.

Discard lockwashers.

22. Loosen jamnut (71) and remove oil drain hose (72) from bracket (73).

23. Pull oil drain hose (72) up and reposition.
