NOTE

Gasket may be removed with dipstick tube or remain in transmission.

Gasket shown on

dipstick tube.

3.

Remove gasket (6) from dipstick tube (2).

4.

Remove dipstick tube bracket (4) from dipstick tube (2).

END OF TASK

INSTALLATION

1.

Install dipstick tube bracket (4) on dipstick tube (2).

2.

Install gasket (6) in transmission (5).

NOTE

•

Install dipstick tube as noted during removal.

•

Make sure gasket is not pushed into transmission.

3.

Install dipstick tube bracket (4) and dipstick tube (2) on transmission (5) with screw (3).
